Immigration to Canada 06: Is Your Canadian Job Offer OK?

Immigration to Canada 06 Is Your Canadian Job Offer OK

Let me say at the outset that recruiting agents or recruiters provide professional services in getting job offers in Canada, not immigration consultants. Many also call these recruiting agents 'Head Hunters'.

Using social media, you can search for a job in Canada from anywhere in the world. To get a work permit or to facilitate immigration to Canada, many people regularly search for a job in Canada.

However, with the help of a recruiting agency, the work is accelerated in many cases. There are two main reasons for this:

One. They have specialized training in the Canadian job market and job search.

Two. They are connected to a huge network and database of Canadian employers.

By joining a recruiter you can use their experience and tools in job search free of cost.

How to hire a recruiter for your job search for free - this question must be on the mind of the reader! Not so wrong but; This is one hundred percent true. If you collect job offers, they will benefit. Because, they are paid by the employer or employers. Under Canadian law, no ‘Head Hunter’ can charge any fee or money from job seekers; Doing so is a violation of the law, and a punishable offense. But in many countries of the world including our Bangladesh, Canadian job offers or offer letters are being sold at high prices, isn't it? Listen to a true story.

A Bangladeshi named Debesh from Singapore emailed me. Someone suggested that he resign from his job in Singapore and talk to me before flying to Canada. Debesh expressed interest in talking to me by email. He booked thirty minutes to talk and called me the next day.

As it turned out, he got Canadian job offers, work permits, visas, everything; Now just waiting for the plane ticket. Before that you want to be a little sure with me if all is well. He did not mind paying my fee. I charged him for just one hour - one and a half dollars.

He quickly emailed me the job offer, work permit, Canadian visa, etc. papers as per my suggestion. Generally, we can tell by looking at these documents that these documents are not correct or fake. But, in this case, it was not possible. There is no way to understand what is adulterated.

Eventually I was forced to contact the relevant offices in Canada to verify the truth. After three / four days, the relevant office reported that none of these papers had been issued by Canadian Immigration or any other department; I mean, 100% adulterated. As soon as he informed Devesh about the matter, lightning struck him. Repeatedly wanted to know if I was telling the truth, if I was completely sure. Debesh has spent about twelve lakh rupees step by step to get these documents!

See the situation now! Note that submitting a fake job offer letter with an immigration application may result in a temporary or permanent ban on your entry into Canada for fraud. In that case, there is no benefit in describing who got or bought the job offer from whom, or blaming someone else for it. The mistake that can easily get your claim denied is to fail.

In most cases, it is not difficult to recognize a fake job offer or offer letter, but in some cases it becomes difficult. Because, using information technology and sophisticated printers, fraudsters can create a fake job offer by editing a genuine job offer and distorting the information. Unfortunately, among the thousands of benefits of the advancement of information technology, some of these difficulties also plague people in various fields. Therefore, it is better not to take the next step with 100% confidence in the job offer. Before that, the papers should be checked and selected by a professional. It is better to do the work even if it costs a little.

Considering the following points, you can guess for yourself how real the document called 'Job Offer' is. I would say the following points are warning signs.

- See if the job offer has detailed information about the company that offered the job. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person. For example, if the offer letter has an email address, you can leave a test email to see how the reply comes. If you have a phone number, you can see with a phone whether it actually works, or if it does, whether it belongs to that company, etc. Also browse the internet and visit the company's website. Also try clicking on some tabs of the website. Because, many times cheating is also done by adding print screen of other company's website. Clicking on a tab in the print screen does not open a new window.

In addition, if you have the following information in the job offer, it is important to look with suspicion.

- Work from home, or work from home.

- Asked to pay for job application or training material.

- Job offers have nothing to do with your studies or current work experience.

- The email address of the person who sent you the job offer is generic; I mean, @ gmail.com, @ yahoo.com, etc. have come to be the type of email; Not to be a special company, such as MLGimigration.com, CIBC.com, etc.

- Whether job offers are written in very weak English, or spelling, grammatically forgotten. The Human Resources Department of an established company usually offers job checks after checking whether the English or the language is correct.

- If you are asked to provide your personal information, such as bank account number, credit card number, photocopy of identification document, social insurance number, date of birth, etc., you can be sure that it is fake. Because, no established company ever wants to know this information in job offer. They may ask you to bring a copy of the original with you on the day of joining the job.

Surely wanting to know what things need to be included in a real 'job offer'. That's what I'm talking about now.

Terms of employment; Name of position and description of responsibilities; Salary and deduction; (Where applicable) Labor Market Impact Assessment or LMIA number; Employment number; Etc. Incidentally, it is your responsibility, not yours, to submit and collect the application for the LMIA document from the appropriate Canadian authority. If anyone asks you for money with this, in no way will he enter the cycle. LMIA, Canadian job offer or offer letter, etc. are not for sale.

In many cases, it is important to get a 'job offer' to apply for Canadian immigration. In that case you need to be sure what type of immigration program you are applying for and what kind of job offer is mentioned there? Let me give you an example to illustrate the point.

Suppose you apply for immigration under an express entry program. The job offer requirements for this special program are as follows: The job must be full-time and non-seasonal for at least one year, and be subject to the National Occupation Classification (NOC) list of Skill Type Zero, or Skill Label 'A' or 'B'. Will. There are more than sixty different types of programs for immigration to Canada. If the job offer you get doesn't match your desired program, even if the offer is genuine, there is no benefit.

By the way, many people confuse job offers with work permits. In the past, some people have emailed a copy of their work permit to our company MLG Canada Immigration to find out if their job offer is genuine. I said that from experience. Remember, a work permit, even if it is an open work permit, is not a job offer. Job offer is a separate document. It takes a valid job offer along with other documents to submit a work permit application. Another important point is that some companies in Canada have lost the ability to issue job offers due to various irregularities. A list of them can be found by searching the internet. Although the job offer of those companies is genuine, there is no work.
