Major Responsibilities

Daily and Monthly Sales information, Recharge and Revenue automation and reconciliation
Check and verify the Daily and Monthly Sales and Customer Care data and establish full controls based on reconciliation with concerned Department like Inventory & Cash Management Team to valid the Receivables, WH issue, Subsidy, Sims or SWAP Tax, Vat, SD, Advance Income Tax etc.
Collections and validation of daily & monthly internal & external channels sales, loyalty promotions, customers care data as well as commission, subsidy, recharge and revenue to identify the Revenue and related costs and pass the related entries and provide explanation
Based on cash received and payment, monthly Receivable and Payable amount is being confirmed
As per sales or service contract, proper action as well as monitoring is taken to minimize the receivable supported with Ageing analysis etc
Provide accurate information and documents timely for Daily & Monthly Reporting
Apart from this, providing required support for Audit requirements ensuring related compliances for revenue, costs, opex as per criteria

Required Academic Qualifications

Any graduate with Major in Accounting or Finance

Required Experience

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience

Required Knowledge & Skills

Basic know-how on IAS(International Accounting Standard)/IFRS(International Financial Reporting Standard)

Basic knowledge on Reporting TOOLS (ORACLE GL/AP)

Required Competencies

Same as Above

Estate Management:

Guide the team in site acquisition for various retail shops and negotiation with the owners

Administer the agreement with ensuring the company benefit, on time payment for all shops and ensure proper restoration aligned with the business requirement

Ensure supplementary amendment of agreement and maintain memorandum of understanding (MOU)

with land owner

Renovation Projects:

Manage, all internal and external stakeholders for on time renovation project delivery within budget and at the required level of quality

Define scope, Identify resources, assign responsibilities and set all sequential activities for successful project completion

Facilities & Maintenance:

Supervise the maintenance of essential shop maintenance including shop painting, major furniture fixing, civil works, plumbing, and equipment maintenance

Achieve saving target through consolidation of all sequential activities and influence the internal stake holder to re-use existing assets where applicable for budget saving

Required Academic Qualifications

BBA/Masters in any discipline

Required Experience

5 to 6 years of relevant experience in MNC preferably in Telecom sector

Required Knowledge & Skills

Sound knowledge on Project Management

Sound knowledge on property negotiations and lease management

Adequate knowledge of retail shop renovation and facilities management

Moderate understanding of Government rules & policies in land & infrastructure sector

Good understanding of budgeting and cost estimation
