Canada Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CanCham Bangladesh), a leading Joint Chamber of Bangladesh invites qualified and experienced candidates for the following position:
POSITION: JOINT DIRECTOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting emails, letters, speeches, press releases, minutes of meetings.
- Assist in organizing Trade and Education Fair, Summit and other Major Events.
- Assist in preparation and implementation of CanCham Annual Activity Plan.
- Assist in meetings for the President, CanCham Bangladesh and maintain networking with Govt. and Private Organizations.
- Assist in preparation and publishing of Quarterly CanCham Review, the in-house Journal.
- Assist in developing and updating CanCham Bangladesh Website & CanCham Bangladesh Social Media Networks.
- Assist in providing advisory services in promoting bilateral trade and investment between Canada and Bangladesh.
- All activities will have to be undertaken under the guidance of President and Board of Directors of CanCham Bangladesh.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- BBA/MBA or MA in English or International Economy from Leading Universities.
- Should be fluent in both spoken and written communications in English and adept in drafting, documentation and international correspondences.
- At least 5 years practical experience in drafting email, letters, speeches, press releases, articles, report writing, and minutes of meetings. Proficiency in English will be given preference.
- Should be proficient in IT, MS Office, Internet, Social Media and mailing system.
Additional Requirements:
- Age between 28 to 45 years
- Excellent in teamwork, monitoring and supervision through self-motivation.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary and other benefits would be negotiable commensurate with qualifications and experience.
