Terms and Conditions for Filling Online Application Form of Custom
- Candidates who wish to participate in the custom exam have to fill and submit the application form on the mentioned website.
- Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within the next 72) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.
- In the online application form, the candidate will scan his recently taken color photograph (length 300 width 3001 Pixel) and signature (length 300 width 80 Pixel) and upload it at the specified place. The size of the photograph should be maximum 100KB and maximum size 60KB.
- Candidates shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related requirements.
- The examination fee is to be paid by sending an SMS to Teletalk.
