The opportunity 2023
Under the guidance of program director-shishuder jonno, the head of barishal field office will be responsible for over overall coordination, implementation and management of themsible programs/ programs with the filed ' S/He will be participated in the operational planning with team members of the shishuder jonno program, Will Coordinate Managers and Provide Support To Progresses/Projects An. As Head of the Field Office, S/He will facilitate and ensure implementation of planned activities to dip in a cost effective and integrated manner, Will suport study, pilot inch, pilot in and other. This position is responsible to arrange and organize workshops/trainings, coordinate with partner NGO, Will Support to Provide Capacity Development Services to the Partner To Secure Extraction. S/He will review progress, identify challenges and collaboration with program director will take improvements initiatives, main liaison and networking with local boob countering and writer agenciest. S/He will oversee the daily operations of the program, as well as the administrable functions of the field office. S /he will be responsible for managing a number of staff at the variable level and will coordinate with relevant sectors /support units of the country office.

Qualifications and Experience
- At Least 7 Years Relevant Working Experiences Including 4 Years on Management and Supervisory Level.
- Demonstrated Experience in Managing Large Field Office Independently Will Be An Advantage.
- Strong Ability in Problem Solving and Decision Making.
- Excellent in Resource and People Management
- Excellence skill on dealing with beneficiaries, Local Community People and Elites.
- Excellent skills on Budget and Partnership Management
- Skilled in Documentation, Facilitation & Reporting.
- Willing to Drive Motorcycle in the field as and when required.
- Computer literature has good skills bot in using common software (MS Word, MS Excel, Power point and other software).
- Excellent Communications Skills in both English and Bangla.
- Masters Degree, Preferably in Social Sciences/Management or Relevant Discipline Field.
