The PGWP program helps international students in many ways. For example, under this program they can gain the work experience required for immigration to Canada; They have the opportunity to earn more money by working in Canada than they have spent studying in Canada, which is why they are not likely to lose money even if they fail to get Canadian PR (permanent immigration). For those whose PR application is approved, PGWP acts as a bridge between temporary residence and permanent immigration (PR).
An international student can only get a PGWP work permit once in a lifetime. This permit can be of different duration. Generally, such work permits are validated based on the number of years a student has completed his / her studies. However, under the current rules, no international student is given a PGWP work permit for more than three years at a time. I have seen you get a three-year work permit after completing a two- or three-year study program.
Not to mention a word in this context. That is, to get immigration as a skilled worker in Canada, you have to get a PGWP work permit and work at NOC Zero, A or B label.
